What we collect

Estimate & contact requests: your name, email address, phone number, postcode and project details — because you sent them to us so we can respond.
Technical basics: standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange site visits and prepare quotes (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
We do not sell your data, send marketing you didn't ask for, or share your details with third parties except the suppliers who run our website hosting and email.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and quote records are kept for up to 2 years so we can honour quotes and follow up work, then deleted. Server logs rotate within 90 days.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to run the site. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. See our cookie policy.

Third parties

Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when fonts load.
Hosting — this site is hosted and maintained by Generative Solutions UK.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. Email dscapedltd@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
